the hp one is easy. the xp for a lv is actually 1/2 of rs. so for 10 hp u need to find out xp for lv 10 in rs, then divide by 2 o.o to make it 10/10 find the thing that sets it at first login. probably in player.java and find the one dealing with health o.o
